Returns Policy
We are happy to accept items for return that are not suitable, but please advise us before sending them back. Please notify us within three days of receipt if you do intend to make a return.
Orders should be returned intact and adequately packaged within seven days of receipt.
Refunds will be for goods value only, postage is non refundable.
For exchanges please include payment in accordance with our standard delivery costs or include your authorization to make an additional charge to your card.
Any promotional item supplied with the items being returned must also be returned. Failure to return them will result in a charge for their normal selling price being made to your card.
Please remember to include a copy of our original invoice, or your name, address and our original invoice number.
