Overseas customers please note that carriage costs will be added to the value of your order before your card payment is processed. The charge will not be shown at checkout.

 MAKING A PURCHASE

Purchases can be made online, by telephone or by mail. Online orders are processed through an encrypted secure server and card payments cleared through a major UK bank.

Payment may be made by American Express, Delta, Electron, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, UK Maestro, and Visa.  We also accept cheques and bankers drafts in Pounds Sterling.

You may send your credit card information via telephone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

AVAILABILITY

Like most companies it is impossible for us to keep all items, in all colours and in all sizes in stock at all times. We do hold considerable stocks available for immediate dispatch, however, should we be out of stock of a particular item we will inform you and let you have an expected delivery date.

 DISPATCH TIMES

Where possible orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmed payment.  If goods are made to order we will give you an expected delivery date.  If you have a deadline, please inform us and we will do our best to help.  All customers will be notified when their order has been dispatched.  All orders are sent 1st class post.  Please inform us if your order has not been received within seven days.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Delivery 1st Class post with options of 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery.

UK 1st CLASS POSTAGE

Up to £25 add          £2.70

Over £25   add         £3.50

UK 1st CLASS RECORDED DELIVERY

Add £4.50

Special delivery for before noon on the next working day (not including weekends) - add £6 per order.

OVERSEAS POSTAGE

Overseas orders will be sent via air mail at cost. Cost of postage will be added to your order  before processing your card payment.

Cost of postage will NOT be shown at checkout.
